Dreamcation Cruises and Tours is a leading Muslim Leisure Travel Agency in Singapore, providing fast, seamless and reliable travel services. Being the only travel agency catering to 100% Muslim leisure travel services in Singapore, their services includes escorted tours, cruises, free and easy, MICE and incentive, as well as private tours.
Prior to joining the travel agency, I saw a huge potential in creating more sales leads for the company due to various reasons, however were not completely taken advantage of. The challenge: COVID-19. Travel agencies are one of the industries that was hugely affected due to the pandemic, hence revenue was affected too. Despite that, below was the first lead generation campaign that saw its first success.
The first campaign was a sequel to a similar campaign that was boosted online. The objective was to generate more leads for our sales team to convert. With further tests, studies and optimisation, this campaign performed 18 times better in terms of lead generated, with a lesser amount of budget they had in place.
